Our Sales Policy

Sales Conditions.

Artworks will be sent either ROLLED in Postal Tube(s) or STRETCHED and packed in standard courier requirements for paintings/sculptures.

Conditions before sending.

Packaging will be documented – and the video and photos will be sent to the buyer via email. Only after the buyer sends confirmation to proceed, that is the only time we will to the delivery proceedings via a courier.

Delivery.

We will advise the courier and tracking code so you can monitor your order. It will also serve our record of the received date.

Upon Receipt of the artwork.

Buyer is entitled to cancel the order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you received the artwork. However, we do not reimburse or refund we only offer to exchange an artwork of the same price in our gallery. Buyer also assumes the cost of return of the painting to its country of origin -- Manila, Philippines and the shipping expense of the painting chosen as replacement.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail masterartllc.us@gmail.com.

Conditions for exchange:

For the goods to be eligible for exchange, please make sure that:

  • The item(s) was/were purchased in the last 14 days

  • The item shall be in its original packaging and the artwork is not damaged after receiving it.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Send us an email so we can advise the complete address where to send the goods to in the Philippines.

Your Business or Residential Address

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

Our artworks will be insured and we will use a trackable mail or courier service. We are unable to process an exchange without the actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
